I contacted the customer service chat twice to have my order updated to be a different name on the back and the chatbot on your website told me that it would be changed both times I reached out but my order arrived with the original name still on it.. the jersey is good quality but I messaged for the name change only 12 or so hours after placing the order so I figured it would be soon enough to make the change especially since I was told it would be.. was hoping to have the jersey changed to say “COMMISSIONER”.

I am still missing my re do of my previously damaged custom Cleveland guardians with 24 and DeLauter on the back that was damaged in shipping.
